Delphi MyFi Satellite Radio – Compact and stylish

MyFi satellite radio is another great product from electronics maker Delphi. Although some say the murderer new iPod, this is not the case. An iPod and a MyFi radio belong to two different categories and have their own advantages and disadvantages.

For one hand the satellite radio receiver, the MyFi is extremely compact and small in size. The portable radio can be used as a car or home audio player and its features, elegant and trimmed to ensure that it can be used in the most congested too. The radio weighs only 7.2 ounces and measures 1.2 inches thick. The box includes several tools and accessories that let you install and run the radio at home or inside your car.

Connecting cables, antennas and mounting brackets are available that make it an easy matter to operate the device in any location. There is a built in FM Transmitter as an iPod and works even when you're in an area of low pressure. Navigating through different channels is performed with the aid of a scroll wheel that makes navigation through channels refreshing and easy. The device can add up to 30 preset stations and the Tune Select feature allows users to add and store the names of 20 artists, or simply save up to 20 songs on the device.

However, no memory card slot, but its list price of 20 songs is a good deal. It also functions as an alarm clock and gives the weather report daily or daily stock prices of their favorite cities. The sound quality is not as good as an iPod and that is where it lags behind. Priced at $ 350, the product is neither expensive or cheap, but is affordable and offers features that are easily worth this price. On a scale of 10, the MyFi satellite radio is an 8 easily.
